Creating your account from email invite

You will (or have already) receive an email invite from Casetabs to activate your account. We are excited for you to get started!


1) Check in your inbox for an email invite that will have the name of your facility Administrator. Please note the sender address will be noreply@casetabs.com. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your SPAM folder. In the body of the email, you will have a secure web link that you will need to click on to create your account. Please be sure you open the link in Google Chrome, which is the preferred browser for Casetabs. (Google Chrome is available for free download at: https://www.google.com/chrome/)


Below is a picture of what the email will look like with the link (button) circled in red:



2) Click on the "Activate Account" button and it will direct you to a new tab in your browser, opening Casetabs.

3) Fill out any additional information on your profile such as your title and create a secure password. (Password must be 8 characters and include one number and one capital letter)

4) Accept Casetabs Terms of Agreement.



Once you have activated your account, you can access either from your phone or tablet’s mobile browser or personal computer by going to the following website:
