How do I add tags to a case?

From your Case List, click on the pencil icon located on the left side of each case. A pop-up modal with Case Details will appear. Click on the tags on the right that you wish to add in the pop-up modal. Then hit the Save button to save all your changes.

To save time, you can add the same tags to multiple cases at once. Select the checkboxes located on the left of each case you wish to edit, and click the blue "Edit Cases" button that appears directly on the top left of your Case List. Simply add your tags and hit Save, and they will be automatically be added to your selected cases.
