How do I manage Case Templates (edit/delete)?

Case templates can be created right from when you are creating a case. However, if you want to go back and edit or delete a template, you need to access through your Configurations tab.

To manage your Case Templates:
1) Click on Manage Org
2) Click Configuration Tab
3) Expand the Case Template section
4) Find the template you wish to edit/delete and however to the right side and you will see an option appear to Edit or Delete that template
