How do I create a request?
Hover over the ‘Requests' link to the right of each case on your Case List. This will take you to the Requests tab of the Case Details page. Click “Add Request” and follow the prompts to assign requests as well as members to notify about the request made. You can also assign them to Groups that are configured in your org settings. Everyone assigned to the case will be instantly notified according to their user settings.
