What do I do if a case isn't showing up?

If a specific case isn't showing up, this may mean the case was cancelled. You can choose to display cancelled cases on your Case List by navigating to the filters placed above your Case List to the right. To view your cancelled cases in your OR Scheduler, click 'Show Cancelled Cases' to the right of the date. See images below for more details.

You can always change the status of your case back to 'Scheduled' by click on the case status.
